Consular Cards

Application for consular cards can be submitted with the following documents:

Required documents for issuance:

1. Written request submitted to the Ambassador with the work of the applicant, his address, phone number and his date of entrance in the country
2. A completed application
3. A certified true copy of either the I.D, birth certificate or any other document attesting that the applicant is from Cameroonian nationality
4. Two passport size photographs
5. A copy of the residence permit, if possible

Required documents for renewal:

1. Written request submitted to the Ambassador
2. A completed application form
3. The former consular card
4. Two passport size photos
